My current title is Sr. Producer; however, I wear many hats. I have fulfilled various roles on set, including Art Director, Producer, and Director. Over the past ten years of my career, I have honed multi-faceted skills and become an asset to any production. I am highly skilled in line producing, agency producing, post producing, creative producing, and editing for all social media, content marketing, integrated marketing, and commercial projects.

Commercial Photography
For this project, I coordinated internal and external crew members local to Phoenix and San Francisco, created a production schedule for a multi-day shoot in San Francisco, and acted as on-set Art Director and Prop Master. I ensured crew and talent were on set and shuttled to all shoot locations. I coordinated efforts between wardrobe stylists and the University of Phoenix creative teams and ensured stakeholders and teams were constantly aligned and in communication.

Monsters Have Goals Too
For this project, I wore all of the hats: art director, producer, director, and editor. I worked with a local set designer to design the desk flat lays for each character, I hand selected each prop, contracted a wardrobe stylist to achieve the makeup required for the different monster hands. I worked with a DP to shoot exactly what I envisioned. After shooting was wrapped, I edited each video, added sound design and worked with a colorist to achieve the right tone visually.

I was in charge of storyboarding and overall creative direction for this project. I communicated with the DP on expectations and story narrative. I was in charge of scheduling talent, securing our shoot location, and selecting our voiceover talent for approval by the Creative Director. I communicated with the Voiceover talent and gave feedback and revisions as necessary. I printed off a shooting schedule for our DP and Photographer and ensured we had all the gear we needed to succeed on our shoot day.

Moving Day
Scheduled all gear needs with Reel Men rental house. Made talent audition notes, read with them, and gave general feedback for the roles. Created and printed off callback sheets and communicated with all the actors throughout the audition process. I coordinated gear delivery, crafty services, props, and wardrobe. I created a shooting schedule for our crew and worked as an AD on shoot day, ensuring our film was on schedule.

For this project, I was in charge of communicating with and scheduling Talent and DP for filming. We were on a time crunch for this project as I was transferring from the Charlotte headquarters to the Tempe headquarters, and the department wanted to complete this before my move. I was also in charge of determining the overall feel and tone and getting approval from the Creative Director for filming.
